Kuutch was founded by Samantha Tremlin, a senior leader with extensive experience in STEM, manufacturing, sales, and retail, as well as a strong background in holistic health, coaching, and workplace wellbeing. Samantha has led global wellbeing initiatives in high performance industries, gaining firsthand insight into how businesses can fuel success without sacrificing their people in the process.​

At Kuutch, we bring together experts in workplace wellbeing, leadership development, transformation, mental health, holistic health and culture change. Together, we form The Kuutch Collective, a team of specialists with deep expertise in strategy, coaching, policy development, employee engagement and leadership transformation. We don’t believe in generic solutions. We embed real change into organisations, ensuring that wellbeing and performance work together, not against each other.

We’re not here to sell quick fixes. The Kuutch Collective is a movement, a team of experts pushing back against outdated ways of working. We’re here to redesign work so people can think clearly, lead boldly, and perform at their best, without burning themselves out in the process.

Kenda Resler Friend is the President and Founder of KRF Public Relations, an Indianapolis-based agency helping agricultural organizations, nonprofits, and businesses tell their stories.
