Live Workshop | Nov 11: Beyond Burnout: Building Human Capacity in an Always-On Workplace @ Diana Lowe

Everyone talks about burnout. Very few people talk about what to build instead.

In an always-on workplace, recovery alone is not enough. In this workshop, we will explore a framework for moving from survival to recovery, resilience, and thriving.

Along the way, we will practice four skills that support that shift: emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, optimism, and meaning.
