From University Corridors to a Creative Ecosystem: Noor Armando on Building Title Pro
Noor Armando never set out to follow a single career path, she set out to be her own boss. That instinct, paired with a graphic design degree and a chance proximity to a media production course at university, led her to the person who would become both her business partner and her husband. Combining her design background with his media production skills, the two turned a shared curiosity about storytelling into Title Pro, a full-service creative agency now based in Bolton.
What started as an agency solving a simple problem, businesses needing content that actually sounds like them rather than generic output, has since grown into something bigger. With Title Studios, Noor and her team opened a dedicated content studio, podcast room and edit suite, giving creatives and businesses across the region proper spaces to create without needing to be in London.
That same instinct to make good content genuinely accessible now extends beyond the agency itself. Noor is building out Uncivilised Media Network, a venture already partnering with the local council to support students and creatives in the community, alongside Agoraleads, an AI-based platform designed to make it easier for businesses and creatives to find each other. As she puts it, the goal isn't just to run an agency, it's to build an ecosystem.

Q: What inspired you to start TitlePro?
I've always wanted to be my own boss, owning my own agency was the goal long before I knew what it would look like. I studied graphic design at uni and the media production course happened to be right next to my halls, so I got involved and became fascinated with communication beyond just design - telling stories through media too. That's actually where I met my business partner (now husband). He studied media production and I studied graphic design so when we graduated it just made sense to combine the two. That's how Title Pro was born.
Q: What problem are you solving?
Most businesses know they need content but they're either doing it themselves at 11pm after a full day of running the business or they're paying an agency that churns out generic stuff that could belong to anyone. We solve both: we take content off their plate completely, but in a way that actually sounds and looks like them. It's grown beyond just the agency now. With Title Studios we've opened our own content studio, podcast room and edit suite, giving creatives and businesses proper spaces to create without needing to be in London. It's all the same problem really: making good content genuinely accessible to people
Q: What’s next for you?
We've launched a non-profit called Uncivilised Media Network which allows us to use creativity in a more meaningful way. We're already working with our local council and supporting students and creatives in our community and growing that side of things means a lot to us. We're also expanding Title Studios so more people can use our rental creative spaces. Additionally, we're launching Agoraleads, an AI-based platform that makes it easier for businesses and creatives to find each other because the way that works right now is honestly painful for everyone involved. So the short answer is: we're building an ecosystem, not just an agency.
