Question 1: From £1000 to Empowering Thousands
Your journey began with moving from Austria to the UK with just £1000 in your pocket, no job, and no place to stay. How did that experience of building a new life from scratch shape your approach to helping other women launch their businesses? What key lessons from those early days do you now teach in your Fast Track Business Launcher program?
When I arrived in the UK from Austria with just £1000, no job, and no place to stay, I had no choice but to get resourceful. I had to be innovative, start small, and most importantly, believe in myself. I had to quickly find a roof over my head, built connections from scratch, and step by step created opportunities that turned into a new life - including a husband and kids now :)
That experience shaped how I now teach inside Evergreen Business Queen. I show women that you don’t need perfect circumstances to begin, you need self-belief, resilience, and the courage to take consistent action.
The key lessons I pass on are the same ones I lived: start with what you have, keep it simple, and build with clarity instead of overwhelm.
Question 2: Creating "RISE" and Building Community
You've published the international bestselling book "RISE - In Pursuit of Empowerment" featuring 25 entrepreneurial women's stories, and you've built communities like the Greatness Club. What motivated you to shift from traditional business consulting to creating platforms that amplify other women's voices? How do you balance running your own business while dedicating time to mentoring and publishing others?
Publishing RISE – In Pursuit of Empowerment opened a door to something bigger than business consulting. I went on to publish Joy: Recipes for Abundance and Shift: A New Era Begins (written during the pandemic), with a fourth book now in progress. In total, these projects have featured the voices of more than 75 leaders from around the world, women and men, entrepreneurs and professionals, sharing their stories of resilience and empowerment. My motivation has always been to show that behind every polished success story is a journey of setbacks and breakthroughs, and that we can learn from each other’s lived experiences. That work naturally evolved into creating Evergreen Business Queens, a community where women don’t just consume strategies but actually feel supported to implement, share, and rise together.
Question 3: The Success Formula for Working Mothers
As someone who transitioned from senior management positions to entrepreneurship after having children, you understand the unique challenges working mothers face. What's your "success formula" for women who want to replace their corporate income while working around family commitments? How do you help them overcome the mindset barriers that often keep them stuck in unfulfilling jobs?
Whether you’re a working mother or a woman ready to leave corporate, the path into entrepreneurship comes with real challenges, I’ve lived them myself. I’ve made mistakes, chased shiny objects, and gone in circles before realising that evergreen is the lifeblood of a sustainable business. My success formula rests on three things: resilience, simplification, and mindset shifts. First, resilience to keep going when things don’t work out overnight.
Second, simplifying your business model so you’re not constantly reinventing yourself.
And third, shifting the mindset away from “what the gurus say” to what actually feels aligned and works long-term. I help women build businesses that last, without the constant reinvention cycle, so they can create freedom, income, and impact, without burning out.
