Beyond Burnout: How Mandi Casey Built The MindHER Company to Help Women Lead Without Losing Themselves
Mandi Casey started The MindHER Company after her own experience with burnout reshaped how she thought about success. She didn't want to build a business at the expense of her life, she wanted work that brought her joy and supported the life she actually wanted to live. As she began working with female entrepreneurs, she noticed a gap: plenty of resources existed for women just starting out, but far fewer communities combined coaching, strategy and genuine peer support for the next stage of growth.
That gap became the foundation for The MindHER Company, where mindset meets strategy. Mandi and her team help women filter through the noise of entrepreneurship, make wise decisions, and take action aligned with their own vision rather than someone else's expectations. Through coaching, masterminds and coworking, they provide the structure, accountability and community that let women build successful businesses while creating lives they genuinely love.
Today, Mandi is scaling her Elevate Mastermind and its CEO Framework, helping more women leaders stop creating another job for themselves and start leading like the CEOs they already are. She's also growing The Collective, her coworking space, with a long-term vision of expanding its reach so more women can access the community, coaching and support that help them thrive. As she puts it, the goal is simple: make this work accessible to more women, without losing the personal connection that makes it effective.

Q: What inspired me to start my business?
My own experience with burnout changed the way I viewed success. I realized I didn't want to build a business at the expense of my life. I wanted work that brought me joy and supported the life I wanted to live, not the other way around.
As I began working with female entrepreneurs, I saw a gap in support for women who had successfully started a business but weren't yet at the million-dollar stage. There were plenty of resources for getting started, but far fewer communities that combined coaching, strategy, and genuine peer support for the next phase of growth. Today, our work sits at the intersection of mindset and strategy, helping women build successful businesses without losing themselves in the process.
Q: What problem are we trying to solve?
At the heart of The MindHER Company, we're helping women get out of their own way. There is no shortage of information for entrepreneurs, but there's a shortage of discernment. We help women filter through the noise, make wise decisions, and take action that's aligned with their vision instead of someone else's expectations.
Whether through coworking, coaching, or our mastermind, we provide the support, strategy, accountability, and community that help women build successful businesses while creating lives they genuinely love.
Q: What’s next?
Right now, our focus is on scaling our Elevate Mastermind and bringing its CEO Framework to more women leaders. The framework helps entrepreneurs stop creating another job for themselves and start thinking, leading, and making decisions like the CEO they are.
We're also continuing to grow The Collective, our coworking space, with a long-term vision of expanding its footprint so even more women have access to the community, coaching, and support that help them thrive. Our goal is simple. We want to make this work accessible to more women while preserving the personal connection that makes it effective.
