Mỹ Lệ (mee-lay) Goel is the founder and CEO of Flight Live, Inc, a company that provides the easiest and most convenient way to do live, interactive personal fitness training through your mobile device. Previously, she was a Senior Program Officer and Program Advocacy and Communications in Global Policy and Advocacy at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation supporting their global health research & development portfolio. Prior to joining the foundation, she was the VP of Marketing and Communications at Global Partnerships, a nonprofit impact investment firm based in Seattle. Before that, she was a vice president on the Social Impact team at Weber Shandwick, a global PR consulting firm, where she launched an award-winning national awareness campaign for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB). In an earlier life, she was a research associate at the Smithsonian Institution doing geochemical analysis and research on ancient climate change. Mỹ Lệ received her undergraduate degree in geosciences from Smith College and graduate degree in technology, innovation and, education from Harvard University.
