Introducing the FBW Best Workplaces for Women 2026
We are proud to publish the inaugural FBW Best Workplaces for Women — a curated list recognizing companies that are building cultures where women genuinely thrive. Starting this year, we will publish this recognition quarterly, spotlighting organizations across industries and geographies that are setting a new standard for inclusion, leadership, and workplace experience.
If your organization would like to be considered for a future edition, we welcome you to reach out at hi@foundedbywomen.org.
How We Selected These Companies
The FBW Best Workplaces for Women is not a survey-based ranking. It is an editorial selection based on a combination of publicly available data and qualitative research across the following criteria:
- Female leadership - companies led or co-led by women at the founder or CEO level
- Company health - active, funded, and growing organizations with a stable workforce
- Workforce size - companies in the 100-1,000 employee range, where culture is shaped intentionally rather than inherited
- DEI commitment - published policies, programs, or measurable initiatives supporting women in the workplace
- Mission alignment - companies whose core product or service has a meaningful connection to the advancement of women, health, or human potential
Companies may apply to this program through our formal application process. All applicants are evaluated against the same editorial criteria regardless of participation status.
