Maria launched MJ London Nutrition in November 2024 with a mission to combat nutrition misinformation through evidence-based coaching. Armed with a Level 5 Advanced Nutrition Science Diploma with Distinction and personal experience overcoming PCOS, she's already helping clients achieve sustainable transformations—including one client who lost 5kg in 4 weeks. Her Workplace Wellness sessions at Imagination Technologies and University of Westminster have been praised as "engaging and relatable." Maria represents the future of health leadership: scientifically rigorous, personally authentic, and deeply impactful.
