"This Work Found Me": Rachelle Carrié on Coaching Women Who Hold Everything Together

Following our Women Who Lead: 20 Founders edition, we continue the conversation with Rachelle Carrié - Executive and Certified Somatic Coach, E-RYT 500, Speaker, and founder of SEQ Consulting, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Rachelle works with high-achieving women - particularly Black women and first-generation leaders in high-stakes roles - helping them build the clarity, capacity, and quiet authority to lead sustainably without sacrificing who they are. Through her proprietary Harmonized Leadership™ Approach, she blends executive strategy, somatic practice, and emotional intelligence to develop regulated leaders who perform at their highest level from the inside out. She delivers coaching, corporate workshops, masterclasses, and keynotes, co-owns The Bloom Events, and hosts The Dialogic Approach podcast. She is also the author of Amazon eBooks on emotional intelligence and leadership. Her mission: your next level does not require more force. It requires more capacity.

What inspired you to start?

I spent 25 years across corporate, education, and consulting, looking like I had it together - and quietly over-functioning the whole time. The COVID pause was the first time I sat still long enough to notice I didn't recognize the leader I'd become. A Tony Robbins seminar cracked something open, a clarity coach told me to use my voice, and Brene Brown's Dare to Lead confirmed what I already knew. I didn't find this work. This work found me - and now I recognize it in every woman who walks through my door.

What problem are you solving?

The women I work with are the ones everyone leans on - high-achieving, first-generation, holding it together at work and at home while carrying pressure no one around them fully sees. They don't need another productivity hack; they need regulated leadership. With my Harmonized Leadership approach, we build clearer decisions under pressure, steadier energy, and boundaries that hold without guilt - so ambition doesn't cost them their peace.

What's next for you?

Taking Harmonized Leadership beyond 1:1 coaching - into the rooms, stages, and programs where more women and first-generation leaders can access this work. My mission is simple: to make sure the women who've been carrying everyone else finally have somewhere to be led, too.
